Intro to Andi
Andi has over 30 years operational experience working with large, global corporate organisations at senior levels.
Her excellent relationship and stakeholder management capability has enabled her to develop the confidence and experience of working up to board level. She has worked with large and small companies in the public, private and third sectors.
She is an engaging and inspirational coach, facilitator and speaker with particular expertise in the areas of Diversity and Inclusive Leadership.
Accustomed to leading large teams, she provides a clear vision and develops simple and effective strategy. Andi has a consistent track record for achieving and has a reputation for excellence. She constantly seeks out ways in which she can make a difference and improve business and/or individual performance.

Andi’s experience
After three decades as a corporate professional, Andi now enjoys a portfolio career including a CEO role, Advisory Board positions, senior associate work and running her own business, That’s Andi with an i. She is a judge for the European Diversity Awards, sits on the Grants Board for The Women’s Sports Trust and is a judge for the Telegraph Media Group, Top Apprenticeship Employers List.
That’s Andi with an i sees Andi employing her experience and skills to deliver inspiring results through business consulting, speaking and leadership coaching. She focuses on strategic and sustainable solutions to improve individual and business performance.
Andi’s achievements
Andi is a subject matter expert on Talent Management and Inclusive Leadership with a particular emphasis on Gender and LGBT Diversity. She appeared on the BBC2 programme Women at the Top, live CNBC news and documentary Out With the Family. Andi is a coach and mentor to many individuals, supporting each of them in reaching their unique career potential by developing leadership skills, improving personal impact and overcoming perceived barriers.
She won the impressive Inspirational Role Model Award at the British LGBT Awards and won the Women of the Future Corporate Award, she has also been included in the Guardian Pride Power 100 list and has featured in books, ‘Inspiring Women Leaders’ by Lee Travers and ‘Confidence at Work – get it, feel it, keep it’ by Ros Taylor.
